Ordering & Delivery
What is the order process? How will I receive my order?
We manually process our orders to customize the documentation and email you the finished documentation either as a secure download link or as an attachment (depending on the size of the order).
Note: The exception is the SSP product; since there is no additional customization needed, it is available as an immediate electronic download.
Timing: Generally, we process orders the same day they are received.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Turnaround time is generally the same business day for orders placed by credit card, though we ask for a buffer of 1-2 business days. Upon completing the online transaction, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: If you pay by PO/Invoice, we do not process the order until payment is received.
What do I need to provide as part of the order process?
- We require your company’s Official Name and your company’s Common Name. You will be prompted to enter this prior to payment.
- We would also like a high-resolution company logo file (JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP).
Will the documentation have your logo or mine?
- If you have a logo: Please upload it at the time of purchase. The cover page will prominently display your logo.
- If you do not have a logo: No problem. We will simply leave the logo off. The documentation will still look very professional.
Payments & Quotes
How can I get a quote?
If you need a formal quote, please use the “Add To Quote” feature on the product page. This allows us to generate a formal quote for you instantly.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order (PO) or an offline invoice?
Yes. In addition to accepting all major credit cards, RG5E can process orders through offline invoicing.
The Process: Select the "Invoice / Purchase Order (PO)" payment option during checkout.
Important: Due to payment delays common with POs, we wait for payment to clear before processing orders.
Can I get a discount?
Our discounts are built into our bundles, offering savings of up to 45%. We do not "grandfather" discounts. Discounts are only available at the time of purchase when buying two or more products as part of a bundle.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the Intellectual Property (IP) nature of the products offered by RG5E, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Product Information
Are the products editable?
Yes. Our products are delivered in editable Microsoft Office formats (e.g., Word, Excel). There is no software to install—these are templatized documents.
Is this software or a subscription service?
Neither. Our products are a one-time purchase with no software installation required.
How are product updates handled?

How is this different from free templates?
You get what you pay for. Free templates are generally of little value and can create liability if you aren't an expert in compliance minimums.
Without expertise, selecting policies is often "the blind leading the blind."
